Cancellation Policy

Thank you for trusting me with your hair care needs! Most services require a small deposit to book, the details are listed on each service. This fee goes towards the cost of the service provided. 48-Hour Rescheduling/Cancellation Policy: If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, I kindly ask that you provide at least 48 hours' notice. When provide advanced notice (more than 48 hours in advance), the deposit can be transferred to a future appointment. You will receive automated reminders from the booking system. Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours’ notice will forfeit the deposit. Clients can Reschedule their own appointments through the website 48+ hours in advance, HOWEVER, If the timing is 47 hours 59 minutes, the website will not allow you to reschedule on your own, please message me and I can assist with the change.
